No timers or objectives other than 'Kill all Jedi/Force Users' for the Clones and 'Survive as long as you can' for the Hero team.
Otherwise there would be no ending or victory condition. Once the last hero died, the match would end.
I wouldn't include Darth Vader as he's otherwise occupied during the events of Order 66. To make things worse, once a hero falls, they respawn in the body of a Clone Trooper and have to go kill their friends. You get one life as a hero and there are no separate waves or downtime, it's a constant fight with the Clone Troopers steadily getting more numerous and stronger as time goes on. against a unending tide of Clone Troopers. In this mode your party would play as the Clone Wars era heroes, Ahsoka, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Maul, Yoda, etc. I know its a little late for this but it's just been on my mind of how much of a missed opportunity this was, but then again I feel that sums up this game entirely, from launch to death.Īnyway, on with the show, apologies if this has been suggested before, etc. So first post, I've only played BFII offline for the single player, etc etc.īut I just wanted to say that, now that EA will no longer be updating the game, that I feel that is was just a missed opportunity to not go out with a link into The Clone Wars ending on May 4th by releasing an 'Order 66' mode.
